MPSD Gender Equality Plan

The Gender Equality Plan maps the Institute’s gender equality strategy, including goals based on  the status quo  analysis, serves as a monitor and provides guidance through the specific measures described.  The measures are devided into the following four areas of action.

(A) Active recruitment and greater representation of female scientists

(B) Promotion and support of female scientists

(C) Anchoring gender equality

(D) Compatibility of family and career

 


The Gender Equality Plan is available in the Intranet on the Governance & Conflict Management page (Conflict Management, section C).
